PERMANENT TABLE VENDOR AGREEMENT
This agreement outlines the terms and conditions for vendors maintaining permanent tables at Northpoint Marketplace.
Effective Date
This policy will take effect the weekend following next weekend after official notification is provided to vendors.
Purpose
Due to increased vendor absences and the need to maintain fairness and consistent operations, this policy ensures that all reserved table spaces are properly accounted for. Permanent table vendors will now follow the same standard currently applied to booth vendors.
Permanent Table Commitment
Permanent table vendors are guaranteed the same table location(s) each and every week. This provides consistency, visibility, and the ability to build repeat business with customers.
Payment Responsibility
By holding permanent table(s), vendors agree to the following:
- Vendors are fully responsible for payment of all reserved table(s) each scheduled market day
- Payment is required regardless of attendance (show or no show)
- This policy applies under all circumstances, including illness, weather, personal matters, or any other reason for absence
Policy Consistency
This policy aligns permanent table vendors with the same expectations currently in place for booth vendors, ensuring fairness across all vendor types.
Revocation of Permanent Table Status
Northpoint Marketplace reserves the right to revoke permanent table status at management’s discretion for failure to comply with this agreement, including repeated absences, non-payment, or abuse of the reservation system.
If permanent status is revoked, the vendor will no longer be guaranteed a consistent table location. However, vendors may continue to participate in the marketplace by reserving tables weekly through our online system at:

This system provides flexibility and ensures fair access to available tables for all vendors.
Acknowledgment and Agreement
By signing below, the vendor acknowledges and agrees to all terms outlined in this agreement and accepts full financial responsibility for their reserved permanent table(s).
