These rules apply specifically to vendors renting indoor tables at Northpoint Flea Market.
1. Rental Terms & Payment
- Tables must be reserved and paid for in advance through our online rental system.
- Payments are non-refundable except when the market is closed by management.
- Reservations are for one weekend, Saturday and/or Sunday, unless otherwise specified.
2. Table Usage
- Each vendor may use only the number of tables reserved. Additional furniture or displays require prior approval.
- All merchandise and displays must remain within the boundaries of the assigned table space.
- Merchandise may not obstruct aisles or neighboring vendors.
3. Setup & Breakdown
- Vendor setup may begin no earlier than 7:00 AM on rental days.
- Vendors should complete setup and begin operating as promptly as possible after arrival.
- Merchandise must be fully broken down and the vendor space cleaned by 3:00 PM on Saturday and Sunday.
- Early departures must not disrupt the market or other vendors.
4. Attendance
- Failure to arrive by 8:00 AM may result in forfeiture of the reserved space without a refund.
5. Prohibited Items
- The following may not be sold: firearms, ammunition, explosives, pornography, counterfeit items, alcohol, tobacco, or any items deemed inappropriate by management.
- Food may not be sold without prior approval and all applicable permits.
6. Behavior & Conduct
- Vendors must treat customers, staff, and other vendors with respect and professionalism.
- Aggressive sales tactics, loud music, and profanity are not permitted.
- Violations may result in immediate expulsion without a refund.
7. Cleanliness & Safety
- Vendors are responsible for cleaning their space and removing all trash daily.
- Hazardous items and unsafe displays must be removed immediately.
8. Security & Liability
- Vendors are responsible for watching their own merchandise. Northpoint Flea Market is not liable for theft, loss, or damage.
- Overnight storage is not permitted unless it has been arranged and approved by management.
9. Key Access & Early Entry
- Vendors may not enter the building outside designated hours.
- Key holders may not allow other vendors or guests inside outside open hours. Violations may result in revoked access or expulsion.
10. Management Rights
Management reserves the right to reassign tables, refuse a rental, or remove any vendor who violates these rules or disrupts the marketplace.
