Registration: 8:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
Each contestant receives a numbered tag to wear on their costume.
Costume parade: 12:30 p.m. Contestants walk the route through the flea market so judges can see them and vote.
Four judging categories:
- Best Overall
- Most Original
- Most Creative
- Funniest
All contestants gather at 1:15 p.m. in the Bingo Hall for the winner announcements. Contestants must be present to receive prizes.
Participating vendors will be giving out candy from 7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. Look for identifying signs at their tables and booths.
Encourage families to walk through the market, visit vendors, and collect treats.
